Best Practices

to get the most from your coaching and training!

These are recommended best practices, not a list of requirements. 

Use these recommendations to reap the most benefit from your coaching and training, but if anything is adding stress, just do whatever you can!

Update Your Training Log Frequently

In order to make effective planning decisions, your coach needs to know more than just whether you completed a run, or how far/fast.

Be sure to update your log as often as you can, and include plenty of subjective details about how your run went, and how you feel in general, as well as any other life/work stress at the moment.

The more you add to your log, the better your current and future training will be!
