Here are some of the things we often talk about: Career, family, scheduling and your life in general. Your overall athletic history since middle-school. A broad overview of your running history. A more specific look at what your best period of training looked like. Your recent training. Your injury history and any interventions you've tried. Other physical activities/sports you enjoy. Your short-term and long-term goals, including 'wildest-dream' goals! The reasons you run - what is it about running that gets you excited?
